Spacious cottages

 The Lodges’ nine spacious cottages offer you privacy and tranquillity. Access from the main lodge is via a raised wooden walkway.

The cottages are crafted from natural local materials, adorned with handcrafted furnishings which seamlessly blend with the breathtaking landscape.

Each cottage opens out onto a large private deck where you can start your day enjoying morning tea or coffee with spectacular views over the lake and the Rwenzori Mountains. We have yoga mats on request for visitors who are yoga addicts.

Bathrooms

The en-suite bathrooms boast marble countertop basins set atop crafted Elgon olive pedestals, claw-footed freestanding baths, and glass-walled showers. Our swimming pool offers a tranquil oasis where you can relax and soak up mountain views. Dive into pristine water for an experience of swimming in the wilderness you will never forget.

 Take a body massage on your private balcony or visit the Wellness Spa for a variety of treatments. our Wellness Centre staff have extensive training and incorporate locally-sourced seasonal ingredients into their treatments, which include Chinese, Swedish, deep tissue and aromatherapy massages, facials, reflexology, manicures and pedicures.

Bar

The bar area features an imposing double-sided open fireplace, lit every evening around sunset as you sip on drinks.

Restaurant and dinning

The main building houses the restaurant, including two raised galleries for those wishing to absorb the panorama in a more private setting. Breakfast and lunch are served inside the restaurant or al fresco on one of our terrace tables.

Our chef crafts a daily menu celebrating both local and international cuisines showcasing the finest local ingredients, picked from our own kitchen garden and the neighbouring market. Special dietary requirements can be catered for on request.
