The 2 Days Rwanda Uganda Gorilla trekking safari to Bwindi impenetrable forest begins from Kigali airport.
Drive through either Cyanika border post to southern Bwindi in Rushaga; or Begin from Kigali city and drive through Katuna border post to Ruhija in the northern sector of Bwindi impenetrable national park.
All this depends on the availability of gorilla permits in either sector of the park.

Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Kigali to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Begin your 2 Days Rwanda Uganda Gorilla tracking safari; with our tour guide picking you from a hotel in Kigali and drive you across to Uganda, through Katuna Immigration border point to the northern sector of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest national park.
This scenic drive will take approximately 3 hours at a speed of 60KM/hr.
Overnight stay at Gorilla Safari Lodge (luxury) / Gorilla Mist Camp (mid-range) / Bakiga Lodge (budget)
Day 2: Gorilla trekking and transfer to Kigali
Enjoy an early morning breakfast and transfer to the park headquarters to be briefed about the “dos and don’ts” while trekking gorillas.
Gorilla trekking may take about 1-6 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas in the jungle.
You will be in the company of the gentle giants for a maximum of an hour, enjoying them feeding, playing around as you take photos.
After the gorilla tracking adventure, you will drive back to Kigali for your scheduled flight back home.
