How do I get to Amakoro Songa Lodge

Amakoro Songa Lodge is located in Kinigi Sector in Musanze District in the North of Rwanda. You can either travel by road or by helicopter transfer. By road, Amakoro is 103km from central Kigali a 3 hours drive. While by helicopter transfer, the flight is 45mins from Kigali International airport to Musanze Aerodrome. Then a 20 minutes drive to the lodge.

Every guest staying at the lodge plants a tree to commemorate their stay at the lodge, we are also proud that all the labour that supported the lodge construction came from the community and today 90% of our staff are from the community meeting our strong belief that our success must be grounded in community involvement.
