Bujuku Eco Tours & Travel Ltd will only acknowledge trip cancellation from the time a written notice is received either physically or by email stating reasons.
The Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
60 days or more before arrival: 10% charge.
59 – 30 days before arrival: 25% charge.
29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% charge.
14 – 3 days before arrival: 75% charge.
48 hours or less before arrival: 100% charge / full amount.
Note
- For Gorilla tracking permits, Chimpanzee tracking permits, Golden Monkey tracking permits, serval cats and Lion tracking Permits, cancellation attracts a 100% charge as the permit fees are non-refundable.
- Exceptions exist where permit and trip reschedule is possible. Note that the respective reschedule policies and surcharges for Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) and Rwanda Development Board (RDB) apply.
